Challenge: Develop an application or tool in the domain of finance that solves the problem(s) of retail or business users.

Example: A personal finance management app that helps to manage/view all assets/liabilities/transactions in a single place (like fixed deposits, crypto, equities, bonds, etc.).

Overview: Employee experience is a key parameter to determine the culture of any organization/company which is continuously trying to grow. This involves and recognizes components such as the psychology of work, physical, mental and financial well-being, purpose, learning and positive relationships.

Challenge: Develop an application/tool for people who are part of an organization, that helps to improve their experience in the organization.

Examples:

• An application that accelerates the learning of an individual within the organization.
• An application that helps facilitate internal mobility according to preferences and requirements of an individual.
• An application that helps improve the remote working experience of employees.
• An application to restore serendipity and promote innovation in remote working setup.

Overview: Apart from adults, social welfare can brighten the future for impoverished children, finally breaking the cycle of poverty in vulnerable households. Children can be traumatized by poverty, and welfare programs and use social services can help the next generation become less dependent on government assistance.

Challenge: Develop an application or tool for the welfare and wellbeing of underprivileged individuals and communities.
